A non-profit organization, FEFPEB represents manufacturers, repairers, traders, and related institutions in the wooden packaging sector. Its objectives include advocating for timber packaging and protecting the interests of the European wooden pallet and packaging industry.

The Canadian Wood Pallet and Container Association (CWPCA) has represented the wood packaging industry since 1968, fostering partnerships with private businesses and government to protect and promote the industry. The CWPCA also offers specialized support for heat treatment services, helping members meet ISPM-15 standards through guidance on compliance, training, and certification, ensuring wood packaging meets global phytosanitary requirements.
